Hey, what's up, guys?
So I wanna tell you guys a little bit about this right here.
Here's what makes dragon fruit so powerful:
✅ High in fiber — great for your digestive system
✅ Rich in Omega-3s & Omega-6s
✅ Loaded with antioxidants
✅ Low in sugar but high in nutrients
✅ One of the last non-GMO produce options with real seeds.
This is what they call a dragon fruit, and this thing right here is a seasonal fruit, very, very good for you. High in fiber, which is very good for your digestive system. Also high in omega-3s, omega-6s, and antioxidants, believe it or not.
So all around, very, very healthy, uh, fruit, and very much seeded. And you know what we say, "If it ain't seeded, we don't need it." So this is one of the last produce, right? That's not too GMO a- affected, and so it still has the seeds that are very good for you. Now, 📍 texture-wise, that can be a problem.
The seeds are a little bit of a bug for people who have texture issues. Uh, also the texture of the fruit can be a little bit of a problem for people. That's why I like to add a little bit of honey, right, which sweetens it up a little bit 'cause this is low in sugar, but high in antioxidants and high in fiber, which again, which is gonna be very good for your digestive system.
So if you're having constipation issues, uh, regulatory issues in terms of bowel movements, add this. It's gonna really help you out. What I like to do is I cut mine in half. I'll eat half of it. This is a good two serving, right, right here, and it's a little expensive. It's about five bucks.
But if you cut it in half, you eat one half, you eat the other half maybe two days later, you can probably eat one to two of these a week, right? So very affordable to add into and very, uh, good for your digestive system and your overall health. So I would recommend adding this if you can palate it, uh, and you're okay with the texture to your regimen. Add a little bit of honey to it.
That's gonna sweeten it up a little bit. Healthy honey, natural honey, natural fruit, right, which is really good for your digestive system. Okay? If you guys have any, any questions about this, please let us know. And again, if you want more tips like this, go ahead and join us.
